01About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and GRC Health Group Ltd, trading as tenderITT, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16753129). By creating an account you accept them. tenderITT is for business use.

02What tenderITT does

tenderITT gathers published tender and framework notices from official government portals, matches them to your trade and region, and gives each match a Go, Gap or No-Go verdict based on your business profile.

We work hard to keep listings complete and current, but portals can change or go offline, so we cannot promise that every notice will appear.

03Verdicts are guidance

Verdicts depend on the profile you give us, so please keep your turnover, accreditations and insurance details up to date.

04Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password safe.
• One account is for one business, and each business may have one free account. Do not share your login outside your business.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

05Plan, payment and cancelling

• Free plan. Free accounts can browse live tenders and see a limited number of verdicts. We may change what the Free plan includes, and will tell you before we do.
• 7 days of Pro. New accounts get Pro free for 7 days without giving card details. When it ends, the account moves to Free unless you choose to upgrade. Nothing is charged automatically.
• The Pro plan costs £49 a month plus VAT, billed monthly in advance.
• Your plan renews each month until you cancel. Cancel any time in your account; you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
• We do not refund part months, except where the law requires it.
• If we offer a free period that needs card details, we will tell you when it ends before we charge you.
• We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.

06Fair use

Please do not copy, scrape, resell or republish tenderITT’s listings or verdicts, use automated tools to collect them, try to break or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. tenderITT is for suppliers deciding whether to bid: you may not use it to build, benchmark or research a competing product or service, or open several free accounts. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

07Public sector information

Tender notices are published by public bodies, and each listing links to the original notice. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

08Our content

The tenderITT name, logo, design, software and verdicts belong to GRC Health Group Ltd. You may use verdicts inside your own business to decide whether to bid.

09Our liability

We are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts or bid costs, or for losses that were not foreseeable. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

11Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

12Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
